Delete your AGER account

This page deletes a Pomarium AGER account and everything stored against it. You do not need the app installed to use it.

What is deleted

• Your account and email address
• Every field outline you saved, and its name
• Your subscription record

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery period.

What we never had

AGER stores the outline you drew and nothing else. It keeps no satellite imagery, no weather history and no record of where you have been — those are fetched fresh each time you open a field. Your device's GPS position is used on the phone to centre the map and is never sent to us.

Deleting one field, and keeping your account

You do not have to close your account to remove data. In the app, open the ☰ menu → My fields, and delete any saved field individually. It is removed from our database immediately and permanently, and the rest of your account is untouched.

If you subscribed

The subscription itself is billed by Google Play or the App Store, not by us. Deleting your account here does not cancel it — cancel it in your store account settings, or you will keep being charged.
